Rules that help keep QuestPop safe, respectful and useful.
Use QuestPop for learning
Use the service for lawful personal, family or school learning. Follow adult or school instructions, give truthful account information and use only the role and records you are authorised to access.
Keep accounts and people safe
Do not share passwords, impersonate another person, seek another user’s private information, bypass access controls or upload identifying, sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise harmful material. Do not use learning responses to report emergencies or store safeguarding records.
Respect content and systems
Do not scrape, copy, resell or redistribute content; introduce malicious code; probe security; overload the service; automate answers; manipulate scores; or use QuestPop to infringe copyright, privacy or other rights.
Fair learning
Hints and worked examples are for learning. Pupils should not present generated or copied work as their own when a teacher requires independent work. Teachers and parents should interpret scores as practice evidence, not formal grades.
If rules are broken
Access may be restricted or removed to protect users, data and the service. Serious risks may be preserved and disclosed where legally required. Users should tell a responsible adult or school administrator about unsafe behaviour and use the official support route for service concerns.
