Access to QuestPop

We aim to make pupil and staff journeys usable with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, reflow and reduced-motion preferences.

Current verification status

Independent specialist verification is in progress. We do not currently claim verified WCAG 2.2 AA conformance.

What is being tested

Testing covers account access, curriculum navigation, lessons, questions, hints, feedback, timed activities, teacher assessment, reports and downloadable documents. It includes technical WCAG 2.2 checks and a separate SEND and educational-access review.

Assessment arrangements

In-app display and access preferences are not approved examination access arrangements. Formal assessment adjustments must be determined under the applicable awarding-organisation and JCQ rules. Any adjustment should remove an access barrier without changing the knowledge, skill or understanding being assessed. See the Ofqual guide for schools and colleges 2026.

Known limits and feedback

Until specialist sign-off is shown above, users should treat accessibility metadata as authoring support rather than proof that a journey is accessible. Please report barriers to your school administrator with the page, task, device and assistive technology used.
